Patterns & Clipart 

Patterns sold as seamless swatch images, and clipart sold as raster and/or vector images.

Allowed:

• Personal Use – apply the pattern to personal projects (prints for scrapbooking, invitations, etc.) which will not be sold or mass produced, even if free.
• Small Commercial Use – the design can be used in a derivative work (added to your own project which includes elements other than my artwork “as is”) which you can sell for up to 1 year.
• Use in a graphics editing program – using the pattern to make seamless repeats in your graphics editing program (Photoshop, Illustrator, GIMP, etc.).
• Personal Web Use – pattern can be used in the design of your website (background, etc.).
• A link back to my website (or listing where you purchased the item) from your website.

Not allowed:

• Selling the pattern swatch “as is” or a repeat of the pattern in any way that is not part of your derivative project (with 1 year limit). This means I do not allow the use of my artwork simply to be applied alone, in print or online, and sold.
• Selling any prints of the pattern as is. It must be a derivative work. This means the design cannot exist on its own, but must be part of your own design.
• Selling or distributing the pattern “as is” in any way, on. your website or anywhere online or in print.
• Modifying the artwork in any way other than scaling/sizing the pattern or repeat as a whole. I create my art with a lot of time, love and thought; and, unless I have provided you with an editable working of the design, this means I would like the appearance, including style, arrangement, colors, etc. to remain the same as the way I designed them to be. If you are interested in something custom, please contact me first and I will see if I can help you.

Illustrations

My illustrations are a form of personal expression for me and are strictly for Personal Use only (decoration, journaling, scrapbooking, purchased for a personal gift for someone etc.)

Print Products

Allowed:

1) My patterns & clipart may be included in print for a Personal Project and/or a derivative work for Small Commercial Use (up to 1 year). This includes printing at home or with a commercial printer. This also includes use in graphic design projects such as a logo, flyer, advertisement, etc.

Not allowed:

• Stickers – I design stickers with my own artwork and I do not permit any use of my artwork on digital or printed stickers, sold or distributed for free. My work can be used on stickers only for your Personal Use (your planner, your part project that stays with you).
• Print on Demand – you are not al lowed to simply upload my artwork to any print products and sell or distribute them without contacting me for permission first.

*For use of my artwork for more than 1 year, commercial copies and/or for Print on Demand, please contact me about purchasing an extended Commercial License. This will be determined on a case by case basis, depending on what your project is and what the use of my work will be. I also sell some POD and your use cannot conflict with my business interest. Thank you for understanding.
